Kenai Backcountry Lodge

Day 1: Self-drive to our Kenai Riverside Lodge in Cooper Landing to suit up for your full day Kenai River Canyon Raft Trip en route to Kenai Backcountry Lodge! Arrive by 10:00 a.m. and embark on a scenic raft trip through beautiful mountain scenery, scanning for wildlife along the way. Upon arrival at Kenai Backountry Lodge, enjoy dinner and settle into your private guest accommodations for the evening. (L,D)

Day 2 : Join a guided hike to alpine tundra, explore the lake's many beaches and coves by motorized skiff, sea kayak, photograph this fascinating place, enjoy the magic of the peaceful wilderness setting. (B,L,D)

Last Day: After breakfast, bid farewell to Kenai Backcountry Lodge. Our staff will provide your shuttle across the lake and back to your vehicle at Kenai Riverside Lodge.(B)

Trip Price: Cost based on deluxe Yukon Cabin Tent accommodations. Ask about choices for upgrading to a Log Cabin while at Kenai Backcountry Lodge, space available.

Prices are in U.S. dollars, per person, double occupancy, plus tax. For triple and quad, deduct $25 per person per night. For single, add 25% to cost of double.

Trip price includes best of gear and equipment, meals as noted above in detailed itinerary, lodging as noted, and guided activities as noted. Trip price does not include Borough tax, beer, wine, or liquor, or gratuities to staff.
